Crockpot Cheesy Ham and Potatoes

In this family, we love meat and potatoes.  Add cheese to that and we are in heaven.  We bought a ham for the holidays, and then didn't end up ever finishing it.  I decided to make a cheesy ham & Potato casserole, but who has time for that?!  I decided to try it in the crockpot!

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 cups, cubed cooked Ham
1 small bell pepper (I used green, its what I had)
1/2 medium onion
1 11 oz can condensed cheddar Cheese soup (I've also used Broccoli & cheese and Cream of Celery)
3/4 cup Milk
3 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Optional Items:
1 package frozen corn
1 cup Green Beans

1.  Combine potatoes, ham, green pepper and onion in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crockpot; mix well.
2.  In a small bowl, combine soup, milk flour, and black pepper; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and stir gently to mix. Top with shredded cheese.
3.  Cover and cook on low setting for about 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
